REFUND POLICY

• You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation 7 days ahead of time – you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $50.
• If you cancel your booking 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $100.
• If you fail to pick up or cancel same day, no refund will be given.
